This is what you need to know about NLP. 🧠🗓 I first discovered neuro-linguistic programming at 24 years of age when I had a fashion business. (Omg I cannot believe this was almost 10 years ago 🤯) I feel blessed to have found it so young as it truly has shaped my life. (I was a bit of a dick before that 🫢) On the outside looking in, the business appeared to be quite successful, I had been invited to go on dragons den. I was winning business awards and was regularly featured in the magazines and newspapers as a successful business woman. On the inside however things felt very different and the business was so hard and I was exhausted. I had begun listening to the Tony Robbins Unlimited Power CD on repeat in my car and one day the words Neuro Linguistic Programming rang in my ears. I had listened to the CD for about a year, and this seemed like the first time I had heard it. I knew this was something I had to act on and decided I was going to find a course. Within 6 months I was a fully qualified NLP practitioner, NLP Coach & Time Line Therapist. I loved it so much that I committed to training to the highest standard possible and within a few years I began training other women in NLP. So, I know a bit about NLP and would love to share with you a few things that I believe everyone needs to know about NLP! 1. NLP is the most amazing thing you’ll ever learn 2. NLP was created in the 70’s by 2 American guys 3. NLP has had many additions and contributions since it was created 4. Everyone who teaches NLP properly and accredits their course has to teach the same content
