When we hear the word relationships most of the time our brains instantly go to romantic partners, however a relationship is just the connection and energy between yourself and another being or thing. This episode is about taking the time to evaluate the relationships you currently have in your life, and things you may start to notice. It's normal and okay to outgrow, cut off and re-appreciate those we have in our lives. Learning to love ourselves and understanding the most important relationship we have is the one with us. Being sure to love, care, respect and treasure our relationship with ourselves will allow us to grow, thrive, raise those vibes and not allow others to treat us as anything less.
I just went through a very hard detachment from someone so this is a topic that is heavy on my mind and something I think we all start to experience as we go through the healing journey!
