The journey through life is riddled with confusion and understanding, vulnerability and safety, despair and survival. In our quest for self-discovery, we come to understand that the limit of our success is the line we refuse to confront, and that line is ever changing.

In this episode of Dance To Heal, Jenny talks about acknowledging trauma and past hurts, being honest with yourself, and being brave enough to confront the things you have been trying to avoid. When we allow ourselves to understand the whys of who we are, we find it easier to let go of grudges and hurt and complete the healing journey for that chapter.

What to expect in this episode:
01:11 – Jenny's upcoming programs and projects

03:43 – On trauma and past hurts

06:05 – On safety, community, and being taken for granted.

06:48 – From ballet at 4th grade to Broadway Dance Center

10:08 – Discovering belly dance and rediscovering who I was.

11:58 – A video of her journey: through cancer and to healing.
