In this episode, I talk about creating a sacred space for yourself. I share my experience of transforming my podcast room into a sacred space and the importance of having a space that is special to you. I explain that a sacred space can be any area in your home or workplace where you can take a moment to reflect, quiet your mind, and connect with something greater than yourself. I provide examples of items that can be included in a sacred space, such as crystals, incense, artwork, and personal mementos. I emphasize the importance of having a space for yourself, even if it's small or temporary.
