In this episode of the Better Presentations More Sales podcast Roger Martin CEO of National franchises RockBox Fitness and Beem Light Sauna shares some Sales and Presenting Tips

Roger suggests that you explain your pitch to a potential client as through it were to a six year old. In other words don’t complicate it.

Clients want to simply understand what your product or service will do for them.

Other Sales and Presenting Tips Roger offers are around his HELP framework:

  • Hone in on the real problem
  • Empathise – people buy from people
  • List two benefits specifically linked to the real problem
  • Pitch or Present

Roger is the co-founder of Thrive More Brands and the host of the Thrive More with Roger Martin podcast

Roger’s two top tips:

  1. Record yourself so you can get better - create a culture of role play to help you learn how you can improve
  2. Don’t practice until you get it right - practice until you can’t get it wrong
