We practice this meditation together in order to activate our 7 energy centers or chakras that are located from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is vibrated with a different Sanskrit Beeja mantra which resonates with that particular chakra. Beeja mantras are root mantra which have special powers.
