This month’s theme is all about Nutrition for Vitality, where we explore how nutrition goes beyond physical health and deeply affects our mental and emotional well-being.

Drawing on insights from the University of Pennsylvania, vitality is defined as both a physical sense of energy and health, and a psychological state of aliveness, where actions feel meaningful and purposeful.
