What do you need to have happen when you are feeling strong emotions and feelings? do you need to explore them? do you need to express them? do you need to talk to them and discover why they are present? anything else? In this live session, I will model how you can create your safe container to be able to heal. Creating a safe container can include a calm environment, protected time, candles, incense, a cozy blanket, background music, a cushion to seat on or to scream into, a bat... your imagination can flow here :-) We will explore this idea so that you can get started (or improve) creating your container.
