Ai-jen Poo embodies what it means to be a caring leader. She’s the Co-founder and President of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, an organization focused on the rights of 2.2 million domestic workers across the country, as well as the Co-Founder and Director of Caring Across Generations and Co-Founder of Supermajority.

A MacArthur "Genius" Award recipient, Ai-jen has over 25 years of experience advocating alongside, and on behalf of, some of the most essential members of our community.
