I decided to make a small change.
Our name is changing from the Mindful Latina to Women who Wonder.
In this episode, I talk about the issue I have with the word "mindful" and what I believe is making it harder for people to actually practice being mindful.
And I also want to make sure I reach a broader audience.
I might still talk about sofrito from time to time, but I believe that what I share can help anyone regardless of the music you listen to and sense of humor, which I found are the only real differences between all humans.
