Summer is almost here and that means it’s time to start planning the perfect getaway for the family. Cheryl Brown, Managing Director for Le Boat Vacations joins me to share why their boats are the perfect escape on water, and the amazing locations you can visit here and around the world on one.

My next guest in a powerhouse in the wine world. Natalie Maclean is an accredited sommelier, bestselling wine writer, and award-winning author. Her latest book, "Wine Witch on Fire, Rising from the Ashes of Divorce, Defamation, and Drinking too Much," is a heartfelt and inspiring story of resilience, self-discovery, and finding love amidst life's challenges.

It’s a royal affair this week with King Charles Coronation, so of course Anne Brodie has a documentary royal watchers will love. Charles: In his Own Words is now available on Hulu and Disney+. We also chat about dancer Benjamin Millepied’s Carmen in select theatres now, and the dystopian series Silo available now on Apple TV+.

We need more women in politics, but that doesn’t necessarily mean every woman needs to run for office. Women can use their voices in a variety of ways to advance our rights and make the world a better place. Erica Ehm joins me to share why she’s throwing her weight behind 1 of the 50 mayoral candidates running in Toronto’s election, and why it’s important for women across the country to jump into elections on all levels.

Finally, Colette Currin, Clinician and National Director of Military, Veterans, and First Responders at EHN Canada joins me to shed light on the unique challenges faced by those in law enforcement, the stigma surrounding mental health disorders within their community, and how these issues can be addressed more effectively.
