Then, on the rest of the menu, Oregon officials have warned against drinking raw milk as a bird flu outbreak spreads among dairy farms; a Virginia tech company was hit with a DOJ fine after it sent up a job posting seeking only white candidates; and, a Riverside, California woman who bombarded the former executive director of Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life synagogue with phone calls and threatening voicemails, has been sentenced to almost three years in prison.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where British police say four people were hurt and one was arrested when supporters of Iran’s authorities clashed with anti-government protesters at a London event marking the death of President Ebrahim Raisi; and, a Paris court sentenced three high-ranking Syrian officials in absentia to life in prison for complicity in war crimes.
