In this episode we have Gem Munro. Gem is a New Zealand born and raised Entrepreneur, High Performance Life and Business Alchemist, Mentor, Model, and Speaker. She started her career 18 years ago in corporate New Zealand in Sales and Marketing Management. She started her fitness business 8 years ago, and not long into that biz she became a 200hr yoga and meditation teacher after suffering debilitating panic attacks from body building. She coaches business owners in how to live a holistic life, mastering their mindset, and transforming their businesses. She also has an Athleisure Wear business where she sells premium quality clothing to women, boutiques, and studios, as well as leads a team of women who want to do the same.
