The three founders of MENTalk have all experienced their own Mental Health journeys and the stigmas that attach too that. Their vision is quite simple and that is to encourage men to feel comfortable in speaking out about their feelings and promoting their strength in doing so. When you Join the MENTalk family you will find the support and encouragement to tackle your mental health head on and the team will work hard to try and provide the tools to help.
