In this special episode of the Sacred Wheel Podcast, I present a workshop I gave last summer all about Energy Work. In this episode we discuss energy clearing, and why the only tool you need for clearing is your own body. We also go into the theory behind Five Element Acupuncture, a style of acupuncture I have been practicing for years. We talk about each element, (Wood, Water, Earth, Fire and Metal) and what the common characteristics for each is. We discuss how illness can arise out of events from your childhood, and how identifying your own elemental stumbling blocks can be the key to wellness. In the end of the episode I share some exciting discoveries I've made about combining Energy Clearing with the theory of Five Element Acupuncture to allow me to do distance healing sessions on my former patients.
