Asking the question if the flow you are living in actually resonates with you. How living in a flow that is not in resonance with you actually shrinks your energy and how that plays into mental health. Allowing our flow to fluctuate and oscillate as we do within our journey. Giving ourselves permission to allow the flow of our life to match with our inner self and allowing ourselves to have fluidity in our life.
