It was an honour to chat to Michael Copeland A.KA "FRIDGE MAN" live from the Peak District in his camper van with his lovely wife Lucy, we chatted about his reasons behind wearing the fridge, how the burden of mental health changes over time depending on how empty or full we feel. Opening up many of us find the hardest but I promise you, whatever you are going through right now you are not alone.
He is taking on a world record attempt challenge aiming to be the first man in history to climb Kilimanjaro... with a fridge on his back, all to raise money for North Staffs Mind and awareness for mental health issues.
In 7 weeks time, he will be travelling to Africa to climb KILIMANJARO whilst carrying a fridge on his back to represent the burden of poor mental health!
