Finding well-being is based on a five piece foundation called PERMA -- positive emotions, engagement/flow, relationships, meaning, and achievement. Today's episode covers relationships! I talk about how relationships are essential to us on an individual level and how they contribute to the greater good of society. I also get into how they are going to become more and more important are our world evolves into a new millennium of existence.
