Today's episodes is for you if you're looking into getting into yoga or are interested in trying new types of yoga but aren't sure what the difference between all the styles is. Yoga is a great way to balance, mind, body, and spirit and as a yoga teacher, I highly recommend it. I know walking into a yoga class for the first time can be super intimidating so this gives you a super quick run down of what is involved in the different styles and what intensity level to expect. I also finish the episode with a rundown of what the different intensity levels from 1, 1-2 all the way to 3 means because not every studio is super forthcoming with what those levels are meant to imply.
