Todays guest, we have Mathew Dick. Co founder and once brewer of Boundary Brewing Cooperative, based in Belfast Northern Ireland.

I’ve known Matt a while now, and have always wanted to get him on the show. Little did I know just how fascinating and testing Matts journeys has been.

Notice the cooperative part in the brewery title, something very close to the city that we reside in here in Manchester and defined as:

“An association of persons united to meet their common needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise”

What a wonderful but also incredibly challenging concept to build a brewery from.

Matt was such a great guest, candid and clear in the realities of what it’s taken to get to this point and the dramatic situations he’s found himself in.
