SANDRA'S BIO

Sandra Campos has had an incredible career at the intersection of fashion, retail, lifestyle and digital transformation. A child of immigrant entrepreneurs, she was hands-on with her family’s tortilla business which led her to experiment with her own ventures in the fashion world, like making prom dresses for her girlfriends. She is a 3x CEO, 2x entrepreneur, and board member.

Throughout her career as a consumer hyper-focused operator, she has built global lifestyle brands and has been instrumental in turnarounds, digital transformations, and international expansions. She serves on the board of Fabric, a venture backed Saas commerce tech platform, the value retailer Big Lots, online pet pharmacy PetMeds, and Daniel’s Jewelers.

Sandra served as the first female CEO of iconic global retail brand Diane Von Furstenberg (DVF), was President of a portfolio of $1 billion contemporary global brands including Juicy Couture, Bebe, BCBG.and Herve Leger, and served as President of O Oscar (an Oscar de la Renta division). Over her career, Sandra has been instrumental in launching other iconic brands including DKNY and Polo Jeans.

As an entrepreneur, she was the CEO and co-founder of the first teen celebrity brand management company, in partnership with Selena Gomez. “Dream out Loud by Selena Gomez” became the actress’s first $100mm lifestyle brand. Sandra was also a member of the first all-women led SPAC, which completed a business combination on the NYSE in 2021. She advocates for Latinos, invests in early stage Gen-Z companies, and advises startup founders.

She recently launched Latina Disruptors, an event highlighting and honoring Latina entrepreneurs, and also created Launchpad, an on-demand edtech startup focused on re-skilling and up-skilling the 52 million employees in retail.
