All over social media we see everyone talk about how good things are. People only show exciting moments of the best of the best of the best of the best. Today’s memo I had to really step back and realize all these amazing things that are happening and what are some of the thing that Are not happening. With life and work growing/speeding up and building momentum I’ve realized I’ve lost my ability to kill the game with work/home balance. My family doesn’t get the best me. They get what’s left over from a long hard day. That is not fair. As a father and spouse it’s important for me to be able to give my family the best me first.
