Welcome to Episode #5 of The YesRef Podcast. Olly and Ben are joined by Harvey Newstead this week, who is the RDO for Norfolk FA. Harvey provides us insight through his role as an RDO, and explains important factors as to how we can improve the dynamic between Clubs/Players/Referees.
