Jess is the founder and CEO of Taavi (Takes a Village), a community platform for expecting and new moms that helps them navigate the transformative journey of motherhood by providing peer to peer connection and expert support.
Jess was inspired to launch Taavi by the special experience she had while pregnant. She was introduced to a couple women (who lived all over the country – NYC, Madison, Indiana and SF) who were also pregnant and who quickly became her support network to discuss all sorts of pregnancy, marriage, womanhood and life topics. Jess hopes to bring the special experience she had with her Village to other women.
Jess currently lives in SF with her husband and two daughters. When she isn't having a dance party with her family, Jess loves to cook and plan events, is a rose and red wine lover, enjoys a hard workout and is crazy about real raw conversation with friends.
