Her expertise is in learning and development, where she has designed, developed, and launched multiple billion-dollar brands and trained teams who have negotiated multiple billion-dollar contracts. Rachel's favorite accomplishment was creating multiple leadership capabilities academies focused on the holistic development of individuals and leaders.
