Last week I talked about how to tap into the healing power of music, after narcissistic abuse. This week, I'm sharing how I just put this into practice on my own healing journey. I don't just talk about it...I am about it.
I just returned from Vegas, where I checked a top childhood trauma healing concert off of my bucket list: Johnny Mathis. I had a full-circle experience with an artist, who's music was a big portion of the soundtrack of my dysfunctional upbringing. It was wonderful, wonderful!
