Today is my birthday and it is a great day to talk about setting new goals, taking care of yourself, and self-love. We don't always think of self-acceptance as part of the pathway to success. Accepting and loving who you are will allow you to control your negative thought "lies" that your brain tells you and get to work on building the life that you desire. Take some time to learn who you are, what you like, what you want, and where you want to go in your life. Dreaming is a great place to start. Practicing self-care insures that you have the capacity to do anything. Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving.
