They break down the importance of being able to say no to others, whether it be as simple as stopping bye for an event, or even possibly skipping holidays in order to stay committed to the work necessary to achieve results during gods timing.
We can't be every thing to everyone, and sometimes we can't be anything to anyone. Being alone may be the best thing that we can possibly endure at times. A ton making sure you give people their flowers while they are still here. But in order to reach success, we must say no more than we say yes. This episode will teach you how to establish boundaries, not overextend yourself, and understand how to say, no, and make sure that you continuously fill your cup, add value to yourself, and stay committed to the process, no matter how others feel about it.
