About the Guest:
Andrea Brandon is a certified life mastery consultant who works with healthcare professionals to find a healthy balance between their professional duties and their emotional well-being. After working bedside as a registered nurse in the Neonatal ICU, Andrea experienced the emotional overwhelm and subsequent burn-out commonly associated with a career in the medical field. She found balance in her own life and a renewed sense of purpose for her profession and started a coaching business for nurses in 2017. Now she specializes in helping healthcare workers find an identity outside of their job title and offers a wide range of coaching programs and services to provide the tools and support necessary to maintain balance in their lives. Aside from individual and group coaching programs Andrea also provides workshops and seminars for hospitals and medical practices.
