Welcome to the Square Slice, a bad idea for a podcast in which I, along with the help of a weekly guest, will eat and review as much Chicago-style thin crust pizza as my body will allow. Chicago is well-known for it's deep dish pizza, but as most Chicagoans know, deep dish is more of a novelty in regards to our regular pizza consumption habits. Chicago thin crust pizza, while not as decadent and gooey as it's nationally-known cousin, is just as unique and deserving of celebration. Also, I just want to get people to eat pizza with me so I don't have to do it alone in my bedroom.
