Hello, my name is Spyder, with a "y". I have a lot to share about my life, many stories to tell ... our podcast is already becoming a therapeutic experience! It will entertain and help others as we share our lives, and have guests on to go even deeper! I grew up a gay closeted identical twin. I didn't touch alcohol until I was 21, I've never touched a woman, and I only touch weed now, and my husband! I moved to Hollywood at 30, played a tween extra, worked at The Hyatt on Sunset Blvd, bartended and cocktailed at The Abbey, somehow ended up drunk live on the set of Will & Grace, all within 2 years! I had a yearning for more, for a family connection, settling down with a partner. I chose to move out of LA, to start my family life ... not knowing how I was going to do that exactly, but knowing I needed to do it someplace else. I figured it out, it figured itself out, how did I get here??? It all somehow came together, there is so much to share, can't wait! My lovely husband is Brett, which whom I hooked up with at a pool party 12 years ago back in his modeling days, he's so handsome! He's got the louder mouth, I am more chill, opposites do attract! I would like to introduce you to our intriguing children, each with their our own unique ... and sometimes psychotic characteristics. WTF!? Living the farm life in Dewey, Arizona just 1 hour outside of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix, where we moved from. Brett and I have a 17 year age difference, but it doesn't have us! We have been together for 12 years, a wonderous and sometimes wacked hell of a time!!! We have 4 children, identical twin girls Hayden and Harper (5). OUR first born Blake age 7, and our oldest Masen is 9. We all have a HELL of a lot to say, about EVERYTHING as we navigate parenting while working from home and maintaining our family farm while dodging viral bugs! The crazy ass things our children say and do ... and most of all, the things they 'allegedly' aren't capable of doing! No one ever told us that children are born wild and you have to somehow humanize them. You'll hear all about our ranch life and our array of farm animals, the action never stops! The family moments from our past and moving forward in this ever changing world! The perilous unbelievable absolute shit we've gone through to establish our family while fighting a completely fucked up system, to put it very mildly. We had our foster license revoked while they investigated the birth mothers molestation accusation! That's just a blip of what we have to share ... and bitch about! No filters, no fluff, and plenty of sweet stuff! It's been a very wild ride, worthy of a book or twelve! Most of all, we love to laugh and dance!
