*Mental Health Awareness Week* (MHAW 2019) This year's MHAW theme was *Adulting Successfully* - a one on one engagement on the issues & challenges the present adult is facing. The objective was to create a safe space where we would discuss those issues with the attempt to find solutions and answers to some of the perennial questions we have as young adults. The theme was approached through the following 4 main areas: Money & personal Finance, Drug & Substance Abuse, Parenting & Upbringing, Self-Care & Positivity with guests & experts who enlightened us with key lessons to live responsibly as adults.
