We welcome Larissa to the SDA HOUSING podcast, the newest member to our team. Larissa has joined our team as Sales & Marketing Manager, operating from Melbourne. She has flown up to Brisbane recently to spend a bit of time getting to know more about our systems and procedures, in the role of working closely with external property agencies & referral partners, who want to learn more about SDA, whom also need support and guidance (and stock) to recommend to their own clients. As an experienced Channel Sales Executive, she felt there would be tremendous benefit in combining her past SDA experience with our own business model, to deliver a much needed resource to the 'massive demand' from her network of professionals across Australia while representing the NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA brand.
We figured it would be nice to interview someone who brings a different perspective onto our show, who works closely with "Agency Groups". Larissa talks about the risk & reward position is for this new asset type, and she uses the term 'sensitivity analysis' to help our listeners understand the many variables that are applies to every SDA transaction. This just brings our listeners back to some basics of SDA in what other agents with limited experience are thinking, while entering this NDIS landscape.
