The world will immediately become a nicer place if we all just treat ourselves a little nicer when having those all-too-common internal conversations in our head revolving around self-judgement, shame and criticism.
A lot of times, these internal voices stem from messages instilled in us as children.
It's time to revisit your 6 and 12 year-old self, take him or her by the hand, thank them for getting you this far and tell them, "we've got this and we'll take it from here..."
Let's start to forgive ourselves, acknowledge our strengths and move forward being the amazing souls we all are.
