Liat Horovitz is a Results Coach and host of The Results Club Podcast. She began her career journey working for a large tech company, but after having children and time to reflect over maternity leaves, she realized that it was time to make her next big move, and start her own business.

Passionate about anything related to personal development, Liat began her entrepreneurial journey as a coach just before the pandemic, in October of 2019. During long periods of isolation, she realized how powerful community is, which led her to developing a series of retreats for her clients that focus on personal growth.

In this conversation, we talk about the process of shifting identity from corporate to entrepreneur, what we did to move through the low moments of our businesses, and our surprisingly common career paths!
