On this week's show, I’m speaking directly to our partner, Vincere.

However, about a year ago, they were acquired by The Access Group which is the fastest-growing and largest software company in Europe. After they were acquired, the two founders, Bernie Schiemer and Eloise Sutton-Kirkby, exited almost immediately.

Since the acquisition by The Access Group, there has been murmurings across the industry, and their reputation has taken some damage.

So I interviewed Nick Thomson, the Commercial Director for The Access Group’s recruitment division. And Kristy Gilham, the Product Director at Vincere.

She’s been with Vincere pre and post-acquisition.

We had a really candid, hard-hitting conversation on your behalf. I asked them what the hell they've been doing and why there's so much negative press regarding support and functionality - and what they are going to do about it.

Are they actually going to make changes?
