Queen Silvy was born and raised in the ghetto projects of Toledo Ohio, A mother of two; Silvy was born the sixth of eight children in a single parent home. She developed her natural sense of humor and desire to make a difference as a youth, always looking for ways to motivate and inspire others through laughter.
