Manage episode 315423232 series 3242338
This is Part 4 speaking about the pros of forgiveness in the article by the Mayo Clinic called: “Forgiveness: Letting go of grudges and bitterness”. We dive more into the physical, mental and emotional benefits of forgiving someone. This is a multi-part series that will speak on the pros and cons of forgiveness.
Something to Think About:
What if what you want/are looking for, is on the other side of forgiveness? What would you do to get it?
Has any of these pros happened to you when you have forgiven someone of an offense? What is keeping you from experiencing these same benefits now? Ask God to show you what they are and to give you the strength to overcome it.
