I found an article by the Mayo Clinic called: “Forgiveness: Letting go of grudges and bitterness” that spoke about the pros and cons of forgiveness, now that intrigued me because I never thought of the benefits of forgiveness other than a chip off your shoulder, but when I started reading it, it all made sense. There are physical, mental and emotional benefits and consequences when forgiving and not forgiving someone. This is a multi-part series that will speak on the pros and cons of forgiveness. This episode, I will speak about a few cons of not forgiving someone...

Something to Think About:

Has any of these cons affected you? Have they affected any of your relationships and/or new experiences? If so, how?

Write down the way(s) these cons have affected you in your life. What can you do to relieve this? Ask God to help with this.

Ephesians 4:31-32 was read using the English Standard Version
