Rowan Vansleve is the CFO of Hope of the Valley, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles that is on a mission to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness. Hope of the Valley was founded in 2009 and since then has made huge strides to find solutions for this huge crisis. This last year in 2021 they built 6 tiny home villages in Los Angeles and have facilities and resources for families, and children. Rowan tells his story of spending five days living on the streets to raise awareness of the growing crisis of people suffering from homelessness.
