Mia Danielle Williams is an 18-year-old from Wales who currently holds the title of Miss Intercontinental after being crowned in May. In just over two months, she will be competing in the prestigious Miss Intercontinental competition, which will take place in Sharm El Sheikh.
Mia aims to represent Wales with pride and respect, showcasing the strength and spirit of her country, which is often overlooked.
In addition to her pageant work, she is the founder of "Mental Health with Mia," an online campaign dedicated to raising awareness of young people’s mental health. What began as a Wales-based initiative has now expanded globally, with Mia interviewing individuals from across continents to discuss their mental health systems. This international dialogue aims to foster reflection and mutual support in the pursuit of better mental health for all.
