At the start of the second hour, Luke Gazdic stops by to recap the Oilers vs Kings series while sharing the biggest takeaways from the first round. He goes on to break down the way the Kings play on special teams and how defensive they stand on the penalty kill. He sheds some light on the play of Leon Draisaitl where he states that last night's game may have been Drai's best in an Oilers uniform. With the Oilers finishing off their first-round opponent early, they have a bit of a break where the earliest they can play is Sunday depending on what happens in the Vancouver vs Nashville series. The penalty kill for the Oilers was perfect going 12/12 in 5 games against the Kings and Gazdic shares his thoughts on the possibility of the Oilers containing their success when they are a man down and why they've been performing so well a man short. After wrapping up the Oilers talk, Gaz gives his thoughts on the Predators/Canucks series where he thinks Nashville will push 7 games with the talent they possess and how strong they are. Being in Ontario, Luke Gazdic talks about his time going to the Maple Leafs game where he thinks that Toronto is going to make it a full 7 games.
