Tennessee teachers are step closer to carrying guns in the classroom. Yesterday, Tennessee House Republicans passed legislation to allow some trained teachers and school staff to carry handguns. Democrats, students, and gun-reform advocates rallied against the bill. Protesters in the galleries chanted "Blood on your hands" as the legislation passed. Many had to be removed from the gallery as the proceedings came to a standstill. We’ll talk to John Rothmann, our presidential historian and political analyst, about protests on college campuses coast coast and funding for Ukraine. We’ll also welcome Karen Friedman Agnifilo to the show. She is the former number 2 at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and former Acting DA. She hosts the Legal AF podcast on Meidas Touch.
