Cassie Zeeb is a Life and Relationship Coach who helps women feel less anxious in their relationships. She is a trained mental health counselor who turned to life coaching because she believes that everyone has the capacity to feel better outside of a mental health diagnosis. She founded The Happy Hearts Project as a place for women to find community and support as she believes strongly that healing happens in relationships with others. Find Cassie on Instagrame @cassie_zeeb_coaching, her podcast is The_Happy_Hearts_Project, and her website is www.Cassiezeeb.com Takeaways: 1. It's "our time" to pivot in relationships by saying no to what isn't aligned and yes to what is. Claim it. 2. You can change how you do things from here on out when you really listen to your own inner voice and make decisions from that place. 3. You don't need external validation to make the right choices for you. 4. There is no right or wrong when making decisions for yourself, it's what feels right, good, and aligned for you. We all have the answers inside of us already. 5. Supporting yourself can be challenging with so many options out there for us to compare ourselves to, but go within for your guidance. 6. Love and honor yourself in moments of decision. 7. In relationships with others, you can heal and actually create stronger bonds in those places that hurt when you take mutual accountability for how you've taken part in the situation. 8. Lean into honesty and humility when issues arise in relationships. 9. Forgiveness will naturally happen when you're coming from a place of non-judgement. 10. Identify areas in your life where you're indulging in being the victim and make a decision that it's not working for you anymore. Ask for support around that in your relationship. 11. When you start to prioritize your own nervous system, boundaries, and self care, a lot of relationship issues tend to heal themselves. 12. Demonstrate to your partner how you would like to be treated. 13. How can you live your life in alignment in order to attract the right people into your life? 14. Switch from the victim mentality as much as you can by asking “How can I use this to make me a better person?” 15. Ask “What is going to sustain me going forward?” (In relationships, business, etc.) And remember that YOU get to decide that. 16. We heal in relationship with others. 17. The transformation is in the transaction. You will get a level of transformation that is higher when you invest in yourself - in relationships, in coaching, and self development. 18. Our relationships and our businesses are reflections of who we are. When we stay in the old version of ourselves, it’s important to find people who can re-introduce you the new level of you. 19. When you come from a heart space in relationships, business, etc, that is where the magic happens. 20. When you step out of your comfort zone, that becomes your next level of you and your new comfort zone. Check out The Happy Hearts Project Podcast!
