They talk about how free content is creating an environment where individuals are not taking ownership over their growth and transformation, which can be detrimental to their health and well-being. Finally, they discuss how it is important to balance free content with paid services and how this could be beneficial to both the service provider and the consumer.

The conversation touched on the importance of providing content and services out of a place of service leadership, while also recognizing the importance of exchanging financial currency in order to provide value and create an opportunity for growth.
