Empowering women is a process which we are happy to be a part of. In fact one of our Snr Instructors recently found herself at the centre of a media storm due to work she did in the entertainment industry. Her experience is an example of what goes on in today’s media and highlights some of the thinking and language we may need to adjust as individuals to ensure people get to live a life of choice and women get to be empowered.
