In this week's episode we speak to Elaine Hotson, Health, Wellbeing and Engagement Lead, about how colleagues can access support if they have been affected by the horrific events in Israel and Gaza.
We share some of the psychological and pastoral support services available to staff, including NW London Keeping Well, our clinical psychology service, and the employee assistance line (accessed through Vivup). We also discuss what to do if you have concerns about abuse in the workplace.
