They say that every dog has his day, and we are reinforcing this idiom by focusing the latest episode of the podcast on Australia's own Eric 'The Dog' Maddocks!

With Malcolm 'Mister Fister' Donnellon unavailable while tending to his latest fistball baby, Chris 'Super Mario' Milne is this time joined by former-guest-now-co-host Lee 'The Power Station' Morony, helping to keep the episode on track and making sure the recording doesn't go to the dogs.

And what an episode it is... with Eric deep-diving into his origins in the sport as an old dog learning new tricks, the illustrious rise and fall of the once-mighty Fistroy Lions, his highlights playing for the Aussie team in Pakistan and Argentina, and his temporary defection to arch-rivals South Melbourne Green Demons for a chance to play against Nick Trinemeier & Co in South Africa. Then, in a pleasantly unexpected treat, it starts raining cats and dogs with a record number of listener questions, with the boys asking The Dog all the highly-specific queries you could hope for... ranging from sort-of personal, to delightfully-uncomfortably personal! Eric frequently seems to be sick as a dog...

And then like a dog with two tails, the boys excitedly ensure that the shout-outs come thick and fast to round out the episode, tail-ending the recording under a clean 1 hour and 20 minutes to ensure it doesn't become some kind of dog's breakfast.
