Self-compassion researcher and teacher Kristin joins me to talk about her specialism. We chat definitions, the three parts, why we’re hard on ourselves, barriers to self compassion, methods for self-compassion, gender issues, vs esteem, tender vs fierce self-compassion, why everyone is crazy now, and what she struggles with now. A useful one for all of us.
