When a beautiful, strong and confident 29 yr old woman from Ohio moves to Florida it seemed her dreams were beginning to come true. A journalist who differentiated herself from the norm. Someone who wanted to change the world, help people, and make a real difference. The façade she had would only last so long though. In July of 1974 she did just that. She changed the world by taking her own life on live television with thousands of people watching. The first ever televised live suicide.
